These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the theosai.net website (the "Site"), operated by Theos AI ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

The Site provides general information about Theos AI and the services we offer. Nothing on the Site is an offer, guarantee, or binding commitment to provide services. Any engagement to provide services will be governed by a separate written agreement between you and Theos AI, which will control if it conflicts with these Terms.

AI and automation outcomes depend on many factors specific to your data, systems, and goals. Any examples, figures, or descriptions on the Site are illustrative and not a promise of specific results. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, performance, or return.

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or other professional advice. You should obtain appropriate professional advice before acting on anything you read here.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, logos, and the "Theos AI" name and marks — are owned by or licensed to Theos AI and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Theos AI from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wisconsin.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
