Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Theos AI ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit theosai.net or get in touch with us. We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to respond to you and do our work, and we don't sell your data.
1. Who we are
Theos AI is an AI implementation business. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, contact us at jed@theosai.net.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you email us or book a call, we receive details you choose to share — typically your name, email address, and any message or context you provide about your project.
- Scheduling information. If you book a call, that's handled by Calendly, which collects the information needed to schedule the meeting (name, email, selected time, and anything you enter in the booking form).
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our host and content-delivery providers may automatically log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability.
No tracking cookies or analytics. This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party marketing pixels. We don't build advertising profiles about you.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you;
- To schedule, prepare for, and conduct calls or meetings;
- To provide, and where relevant deliver, our services;
- To maintain the security, integrity, and reliability of our website.
4. How your information is shared
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed:
- Calendly — scheduling (privacy policy);
- Google — business email (Google Workspace) and web fonts (privacy policy);
- GitHub — website hosting via GitHub Pages (privacy statement).
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above — for example, to maintain our correspondence and any client relationship — and then delete or anonymize it, unless a longer period is required by law.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR and the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, email jed@theosai.net and we'll respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
7. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including serving this site over encrypted HTTPS and relying on reputable providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's privacy
Our website and services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
9. International visitors
We are based in the United States. If you access our site from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
